Thrift culture in Portland is strong.

On any given weekend in Portland nearly a dozen homes have people lined up out the door, all waiting to get in to estate sales for the opportunity to buy someone else used stuff. And that’s just one little slice of the local thrift culture pie. From flea markets and swap meets, to thrift stores, antique and pawn shops, there is something for everybody with the vast opportunities to grab onto a piece of the past.

Noise & Color took a whirlwind trip around Portland and the surrounding areas to showcase some of the colorful and quirky places and their goods available for bargain seekers.
