While the world seems to be imploding around us as if to mock the foolish human race, we must find our own asylum and take solace in the few good things left. Things like Pickathon, a quaint music festival in Happy Valley, just outside of Portland, on the mystical Pendarvis Farm.

The 18th annual Pickathon music fest took place over the weekend of August 5-7, with posi vibes through the roof and musical curation out of this world. The lineup boasted acts likes of Dan Deacon, Mac DeMarco, Ty Segall and the Muggers, Thee Oh Sees, Yo La Tengo, Wolf Parade, Jeff Tweedy, Kevin Morby and Ultimate Painting, as well as Portland hometown heroes Myke Bogan, Blossom, Chanti Darling, The Woolen Men, and many, many more.

Over the weekend, hearts and minds alike were lifted, and in more ways than one. Below, click through our photo gallery to relive those syrupy-sweet golden days. Until next year, Pickathon fam!
